I've been on hiatus from the blogging world because of WEDDINGS!! Not my own or even my friends' weddings, but customers' weddings. I can finally share the results of the collaborations:

Custom-made stamps for hang tags/party favors.

 A visual story of their love (& awkwardness). The stamp illustration is based on this original watercolor piece.

The groom-to-be actually proposed to his wife-to-be in a knight costume. SO CUTE.

I borrowed the artwork from their table cards for their menus.

A wedding card I made for Ariane to give to her sister the bride :)

My instructions were to include the couple, two geese, a cat & chicks, and to make it colorful & fun. So to prevent it from being too cramped, I spread the illustration all the way to the back :) Tada!

Baptism Card custom order

I got the order last night, thought about it over brownies & whiskey, and painted it this morning in time to watch an episode of Veronica Mars before delivery. Sweet. Must have been the Tony Toni Tone! on repeat.

Sure & Steady Hustle

I took a brief ice cream break after bazaar bizarre

only to immediately jump back into action & tackle the orders due before the new year.

Seven earmuffs, one rhino plush, two paintings, one elephant, 3 sets of specialize prints I still have to paint. (don't worry... floors clean. we have a shoes-off policy!) Thank goodness my little sister is back from her 3-month long tour of Southeast Asia to help me!

This is her project box. She's in charge of making the plush audio plugs & cardboard circles.

She also brought me lovely Japanese presents... haaaaaaaaaaaam! & pens galore!

Work station is a mess but I guess that's how I prefer it.

I'm pooped but o so very happy. I'm also two for two visits to the post office this week & looks like I'll be heading there tomorrow for more deliveries :)
